The Grand Central Atelier Registration Policies for Summer Workshops
Deposit Payment is due upon registration.
Final Balance is due by May 1st for June workshops and June 2nd for July & August workshops.
Each workshop links to the registration form when there is availability in the workshop. Sometimes class availability will not be updated online as quickly as registration comes in. The Registrar will send a confirmation email. If payment has been received after registration is already full, it will be refunded.

To drop off a check, label an envelope with your name and workshop and place it in the tuition drop box located outside the office. You will receive an email confirmation that your payment has been received.
There is a $35 fee for returned checks. You must subsequently pay by cash or credit card.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
- If GCA cancels a workshop, student will receive 100% refund.
- Cancel more than four weeks before start: ** partial refund
- Cancel four weeks or fewer, but more than five business days before start: credit towards future workshops minus cancellation fee.
- Cancel five days or fewer start date: 0% refund
**$50 deposit will be withheld for each week of the workshop from your credit or refund.
($50 withheld for one week or less workshop; $100 for two week; $200 for four weeks).
No refund or credit is given for student absences during the course of the workshop.
