Paul Rosiak

Hometown: Seattle, WA

My aim is to create a visual record of presence, close observation, and honest searching for a deeper understanding of and connection to nature; a painting that is filled with the many small moments of wonder and discovery that come from slowing down and being open to the unexpected.
Attending the Hudson River Fellowship was one of the most meaningful, joyful, and educational experiences of my life.

Paul Rosiak is an artist and teacher based in Seattle, WA, where he is the Co-Director of the Classical Atelier. His work is focused around working from life, celebrating light and the subtle beauty that comes from slowing down and paying attention to nature in the present moment.
