Course Description
Through the careful observation of a live model, participants will draw in graphite to efficiently focus their attention on the structure of the head and shoulders. Throughout three days, students will study the proportions and bony landmarks of the skull, in addition to methods of comparative measurement. The class will conclude with a drawing that will effectively express the solid quality of the head as well as the anatomy and likeness of the model.
Each day will begin with individual critiques and Kevin will draw and give demonstrations as the class progresses.
