Carson Rauschenberg

Carson Rauschenberg (b.2000) combines delicately observed figures with energetic surfaces, balancing quiet presence with movement. Rooted in classical observational drawing and painting, his work explores identity, queer culture, intimacy, and human connection through direct observation and representational practice. He earned a BA at Missouri Valley College before beginning studies at Grand Central Atelier in 2022. During his formative years at GCA he was the recipient of multiple scholarships, academic merit awards, and Structure Prix Awards.
